The following therefore gives just a simplified overview of how we produce our nonwovens.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnp-brinkmann.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nummer_1.png\" alt=\"nummer_1\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"122\" width=\"122\" title=\"nummer_1\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h4>\n\t\tThe fibre\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<ul>\n<li>The choice of the fibre is also always determined by what the nonwoven has to achieve and where it will be used.<\/li>\n<li>Large selection, including the option of combining synthetic (polyester, polypropylene, polyacrylic, original and regenerated fibres), natural (wool, sisal, jute, flax, hemp and cotton) or recycled fibres (of all common quality grades, in white, coloured or multicoloured)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnp-brinkmann.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nummer_2.png\" alt=\"nummer_2\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"122\" width=\"122\" title=\"nummer_2\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h4>\n\t\tThe nonwoven\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<ul>\n<li>A uniform fibre layer\/web is created by parallelising and combing the fibres.<\/li>\n<li>These layers are then laid on top of each other by machines until the necessary width, length and weight is reached.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnp-brinkmann.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/02_Vlies-1.jpg\" alt=\"02_Vlies\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"1200\" width=\"1800\" title=\"02_Vlies\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/bnp-brinkmann.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/nummer_3.png\" alt=\"nummer_3\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"122\" width=\"122\" title=\"nummer_3\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n<h4>\n\t\tBonding\n\t<\/h4>\n\t<ul>\n<li>This step transforms the loosely combined fibres into a strong nonwoven.
