Industrial Management Assistant apprenticeship
As an apprentice in the commercial division, you will learn procedures that enable you to manage and control internal company structures. You will carry out all commercial tasks such as customer support and the procurement of raw materials. Key figures and statistics are part of your area of responsibility. With training provided by experienced colleagues, who are always ready to offer advice and support, you will take care of the organisational processes and can be deployed anywhere in the company. Training content
- Providing customers with advice and support
- Processing customer orders and complaints (sales)
- Obtaining and comparing quotations, analysing procurement markets (procurement)
- Checking and posting invoices, monitoring incoming payments (accounting)
- Planning and supporting marketing measures (marketing)
- Determining the requirement for goods (goods and materials planning)
- Preparing and evaluating key figures and statistics for monitoring success and for controlling operational processes (controlling)
- Special support in the areas of communication, presentation and IT
- Insight into the fields of human resources marketing, operational human resources, personnel development, human resources management (human resources/HR)
In addition to practical training, we attach great importance to a good vocational education. Our trainees therefore attend vocational colleges in Steinfurt, Rheine and Ibbenbüren. Since 2018, there has also been the option of attending the newly founded Textile Academy in Mönchengladbach. This vocational college, which is specially geared to the textile professions, offers state-of-the-art equipment and high-quality learning through close cooperation with the university. Naturally, we cover the travel costs and accommodation in Mönchengladbach.
